Optimization

Graphic Object Selection
Definition of copies of an object
Multiple priorities between objects. We can define the order of placement. Unlimited levels.
Freedom of rotation: Set 180º, +90º or -90º, 90º, 60º, 45º, 30º, 15º or Free.
Optimization parameters with copies of a single object. Ideal for mutually complementary forms. Such as, for example, the sole of a shoe.
Selection of objects by layers, colours, etc.

Definition of Panels
We can define using one panel size or multiple sizes
Possibility to define multiple panels
Centralized panel database. Ideal for large production runs. We provide an independent tool to managing panel purchasing. We can control stock from the purchasing department.
Definition of panels by material, dimensions, quantity in stock and reference.
Option to fill panel. This option ignores the number of objects and uses as many copies as are required to fill a panel.

Parameters
Distance between pieces parameter.
Distance between pieces parameter.
Maximum optimization time. RhinoNest uses a heuristic algorithm, which it uses to calculate various solutions before displaying us the best. The greater the time we define, the better the result.
Freedom allows us to define a common freedom for all the objects to be optimized. The following options are available: Set, 180º, +90º or -90º, 90º, 60º, 45º, 30º, 15º or Free. As mentioned in the selection section, the freedom can be defined individually for each object.
Rectangular Shape allows us to effect the calculation using the minimum rectangle of each object.

Optimization Criteria
We can define how to optimize the objects globally

Results Report
Report displaying a list with the following parameters: Panel number, number of pieces per panel, used area and area free for optimization control.
Copies the values to the clipboard for pasting into any application.
Report export in text format.
